Sandwiches were decent, but service and atmosphere left something to be desired. I went with my gf and her sandwich came out and the guy seemed to have no idea there was second sandwich attached the order. He said that it would "be right out" but that turned out to be 15 minutes later. And I saw several other tables that were having the same problems.

We visited the new Firehouse Subs in Ward Parkway Center and loved it! The Pastrami sandwich is amazing. My husband was thrilled with all of the hot sauce choices. The staff was super friendly and ready to work. I'm happy that we found a new quick meal option in the area.

Pretty good, but it doesn't blow the doors off of competitors. Very real possibility I haven't found my ideal order yet. Big believer in that, which is why I'm sure to go a few more times. Not bad, but wanting it to get better.

we stopped in for a quick bite the other night. food was really good, service was giid and staff attitude was upbeat. watched the manager interview and hire a neww employee. He seemed very kind and patient and he looks like a great guy to work for. Based on his kind attitude and the other positives, we will make this a regualr destination. You can't go wrong with this eatery.

As far as sandwiches go in Kansas City, I suppose the quality is a three out of five. there are a lot of eateries in Kansas City that have amazing sandwiches; and, if you have time I would suggest not going to the chain. The staff at this location have been very friendly but a few times they have been a little overbearing. Let's just say I have not had an excellent sandwich from this location nor have I had a bad sandwich. Firehouse is the epitome of a "very average" sandwich. However, if you are hungry & in a hurry, they have a wide variety of sandwich and salad choices and in my experience this location has always been fast-even during the rushes. Lastly, there is always the "Law of Anything Tasting Good" when you're hungry!

I enjoy going to Firehouse Subs on occasion and am impressed with the establishment. The service at this location is always extremely friendly and perky. The employees always make me smile when they deliver my sandwich to the table. The subs are a good portion and come toasted. We always use front flip when we come here and end up walking away with a free brownie.

We stopped in for a quick lunch after some power shopping! We weren't too hungry, so we shared a sub. All of the subs sounded delicious, but we settled on the pastrami. It was served hot, with a wonderful combination of mustard and a special sauce. We thoroughly enjoyed the sandwich and would definitely return! They were quick, friendly and the environment was clean and bright.

This location is seemingly always above par to their peers to me. The service is quick, friendly, and enthusiastic. The workers are always ready to share their knowledge of the hot sauces and give recommendations. Definitely use front flip while in this store for a chance to win a free cookie our brownie!

Only two veggie friendly options here - a tuna and a veggie, but the veggie sub is hot with melted cheese and tasty. I like this chain. They have a huge variety of meat-eater subs and chili and salads as well. You can get all your sandwiches with chips and a drink. They also have yummy brownies and cookies. This location has one of the fun new digital coke machines where you can customize flavors. I was thrilled to have my lime diet Coke. It's a basic sandwich chain, but a solid one.
